Wagyu beef mixed with fresh garden herbs pack a lot of flavour into a juicy bite.
An everyday kitchen staple, boneless and skinless chicken breast, approximately 2″-3″ large pieces. This chicken follows the same standard as for all our meat; all-natural, antibiotic free and raised on a all-vegetable diet. No hormones, steroids or animal by-products.
We specially trim the “collar” from the shoulder, a working muscle so flavour is developed, but with some intermuscluar fat to melt in your mouth when gently stewed.
Whole New Zealand lamb shoulders, trimmed in-house, minced just right and pressed in the perfect 5oz portion. Vacuum sealed for your convenience.
While Wagyu beef is known for its high marbling in cuts such as Ribeye and Striploin, there are other working muscles which develop great flavour and sometimes with that marbling. These are not your steak cuts, but well suited to be stewed.
