Del Mano Food only uses meat from animals that were never treated with growth enhancers or antibiotics. Ever. We work with farms where humane rearing practices are the way of life.
Our choices are also based on flavour: in particular, the fabulous Berkshire pig for pork sausages and the well marbled Wagyu beef for our burgers and meatballs.

We use a wide range of seasonings and spices in our sausages and meatballs. They are garden fresh — some from our very own kitchen garden — and wholesomely grown and harvested. Whole spices are ground and blended by us or farming partners who think of food the way we do, that is, they too mean to do things right.
