A beautiful parcel of meat carved from the end of the Berkshire loin, cured simply using minimal sugar, and partially cooked. It is unsmoked, and delivers those familiar Christmas ham flavours.
You’ll receive it chilled. In order to prepare, remove it from its vacuum packaging, glaze with the included pack or make your own if you prefer, and bake at 350F for about an hour or until it reaches an internal temperature of 72ºC / 162ºF.
Each mini ham will feed 3-4 people. Cook as few or as many as needed.
