Whole muscle Wagyu, butchered in-house, minced just right. Vacuum sealed for your convenience.
We specially trim the “collar” from the shoulder, a working muscle so flavour is developed, but with some intermuscluar fat to melt in your mouth when gently stewed.
Originally from Armenia, our version made from Wagyu Beef is full of middle eastern spices and cold air dried.
