Please note that delmanofood.com is a website owned and operated by Del Mano Food Limited. By using our site or ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms which we may amend from time to time without notice to you. 

Del Mano Food Limited is a company registered in the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago at 11 More Avenue, St Anns, Port of Spain, Trinidad & Tobago.

User Obligations

You agree not to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of the delmanofood.com site or delmanofood.com computer systems. Unauthorised individuals attempting to access or tamper with these areas may be subject to prosecution.

We do not sell to persons under the age of 18. By using this website, you swear and affirm that you are over the age of 18.

Prices

All prices are stated in Trinidad and Tobago dollars (TTD), and if VAT is applicable, will be stated so and added at checkout.  

We reserve the right to adjust prices, products and specifications of products at our discretion at any time before we accept your order.

Payment

We only accept payment via credit card – Visa or MasterCard. All credit card transactions on the site are processed using First Atlantic Commerce, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details and cannot be accessed by us. You agree to abide by any terms and conditions imposed by First Atlantic Commerce in connection with the processing of your payment for purchasing products from us. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the acts and/or omissions of First Atlantic Commerce.

All credit card and personal details that you send to us through the Internet are encrypted for your safety, which ensures they cannot be seen by anyone attempting to intercept your visit to our site.

International Shipping

Please contact us directly should you be interested in placing an order to be delivered outside of Trinidad & Tobago. 

Cancellation

You may cancel your order for any reason, provided you notify us before you were notified your order is on its way. 

We reserve the right to cancel your order should you not respond to our direct communication when attempting to coordinate the delivery. 

Returns

We want you to feel confident about shopping with us. We will only deliver our products to you that meet the high standard we hold for ourselves and what you have come to expect from us. 

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we will only accept a return if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from the website, if it is done at the point of first receipt from us. We cannot accept returns after you take possession of the product. If you choose to return a product, you will be liable for a 10% restocking fee. You may exchange it for another product paying any difference in cost and delivery fee.

Refunds

If there is a cancellation, return or exchange, the refund would be determined by the product cost minus payment transaction fees, and where applicable, restocking fee, difference in product value and delivery cost.
