A cold smoked and air dried version of our chorizo. Slice and enjoy.
Slightly spicy, mouthful of ripe red sweet pepper flavour, cured, cold smoked, dried and spreadable.
Lamb fat is slowly rendered then filtered to remove any solids.
The natural sweetness of our Berkshire Pork gets highlighted with the subtle use of cinnamon in this quick to cook breakfast sausage.
We dry cure our Berkshire bellies slowly with minimal sugar, before smoking over local hard wood.
