Our delicious Wagyu fat is slowly rendered then filtered to remove any solids. It has an extremely high smoke point which makes it great for searing your steaks. You can also use it for regular cooking or even for making perfect pie crusts!
Wagyu fat contains higher proportions of monounsaturated fatty acids due to higher concentrations of oleic acid. Many studies have shown that monounsaturated fatty acids have little effect on total cholesterol. They are heart-healthy dietary fat because they can lower LDL-cholesterol while increasing HDL-cholesterol.
